Maria Paslawski, 82, Loving Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother
Maria Paslawski (née Zukunft), 82 of Lorain, passed away Tuesday, March 20, 2012 in New Life Hospice Center of St. Joseph, Lorain following a sudden illness.
She was born March 31, 1929 in Breslau, Germany. She emigrated from Germany to the United States in 1950, and then made Lorain home a few years later.
Maria was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She enjoyed reading, the Cleveland Indians, long walks and being with her family.
Her life was a blessing and her memory will be cherished by her son Peter
(Paula Forma) Paslawski; daughter Katherine Rios and daughter in law Debra
Paslawski all of Lorain; seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Andreas Paslawski 1984; son Michael Paslawski this past February; a brother and a sister.
There will be a family memorial. Contributions may be made to New Life
Hospice, 5255 North Abbe Road, Elyria, Ohio 44053.
