Staci Lee Lloyd, 35, Enjoyed Being with Family and Friends

Photo of Staci Lee Lloyd Staci Lee Lloyd, 35, of Garfield Heights, formerly of Sheffield Lake passed away on Saturday, April 7, 2012 at her home.

Ms. Lloyd was born in Lorain on September 20, 1976, the daughter of Edward T. and Donna L. (nee Govier) Lloyd, Sr, of Sheffield Lake. She was a member of the Lorain Lighthouse United Methodist Church.

She was a 1995 graduate of Brookside High School, attended the Lorain County Community College for 2 years and then graduated from the Cleveland Academy of Court Reporting with a BA in paralegal. She was also a notary public.

Ms. Lloyd was an adventurous, loving young woman who lived her life to the fullest. She loved to travel and recently went to on a Caribbean Cruise. She enjoyed a challenge but mostly enjoyed being with her family and friends. She especially loved her job as Godmother to Sophia Lloyd. She worked as a program support assistant at VA Hospital-Wade Park in Cleveland for the last 7 years.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by a loving and devoted brother Edward T. Lloyd, Jr. and his wife Jeannine (nee Panaccione) Lloyd of North Ridgeville, two adoring neices, Sophia and Gianna Lloyd, the love of her life, Eric VonGunten, of Canton, her paternal grandmother Helen Lloyd of Lorain and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather James Lloyd, and maternal grandparents Robert and Betty Govier.

Friends may call on Friday, April 13, 2012 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm at the Schwartz, Spence, Boyer & Cool Home For Funerals, 1124 W. 5th Street, Lorain.

Funeral services will be Saturday, April 14, 2012 at 11:00 am in the funeral home with Mr. Charles Boals, lay minister, the Lorain Lighthouse United Methodist Church, officiating.

Burial will be in the Ridge Hill Memorial Park Cemetery.
