Emil Ksenich, 88, Published Author
Emil Ksenich age 88 of Lorain, died Wednesday April 11, 2012 at Ohio Veterans Home in Sandusky.He was born June 30, 1923 in Lorain, and was a lifelong resident.
Emil had worked first as a rivet heater, then a painter for Ksenich Painters, and finally in construction. He was a WW2 Army Private. Emil was a published author, having written "Cracker-Barrel Wit and Wisdom". He enjoyed philosophy, and loved animals.
He is survived by a nephew Richard C. Ksenich of Lorain, and a niece Marilyn Bakalar of Lorain.
He was preceded in death by his parents Stephen and Anna (Lute) Ksenich, brothers Joseph, Steve, Peter, Paul and Theodore Ksenich, and sisters Anna Stelmack, and Mary Ksenich.
Private services will be held with burial in Ridge Hill Memorial Park.
Reichlin-Cooley Funeral was in charge of arrangements.
