Therese Reinhardt, 90, Former owner of Terry's Dairy

Photo of Therese Reinhardt Therese Reinhardt, 90, (nee Miles) of Lorain and Naples, Florida passed away on Sunday, May 13, 2012 in the New Life Hospice of St. Joseph in Lorain following a brief illness.

Therese was born in Memphis, TN, on September 27, 1921, to the late John C. and Ethel M. (Nee Barbieri) Miles. She moved to Lorain in 1958.

Therese and her late husband, Gene owned and operated the Dairy Queen, from 1975 till the late 1990's, passing the family business to daughter and son-in-law, now known as Terry's Dairy, on East Erie Ave.

She was a member of the Royal Palm Country Club in Naples, the Bridge Club, the Lady Nine Holers Golf Club and the Westlake Ladies Club.

Therese enjoyed still painting, sewing, cake decorating, golfing, interior design, and traveling.

She is survived by daughters, Elizabeth H. Konya, Therese M. (William) Haines, Jean M Reinhardt, son John C. (Pam) Reinhardt, of Lorain, 7 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, and numerous great great grandchildren.

Services will be private.

The family suggest memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in Memphis, TN.
