Preston Alan Hall, 35, Will Be Missed Deeply

Photo of Preston Alan  Hall Preston Alan Hall passed away unexpectedly from this life on the evening of July 11th, 2012 at the age of 35. He was born in Amherst on February 25, 1977 and had most recently been a resident of Elyria Township .

Preston was a 1995 graduate of Clearview High School and had also attended the Lorain County Joint Vocational School where he completed courses in carpentry. He was a self-employed independent contractor doing carpentry and general construction work throughout the area.

He was formerly involved with the Brookside High School Wrestling program and enjoyed music, bicycling, excellent cooking, and camping. Additional interests included fishing, traveling, and spending time with his family and friends. He also enjoyed his pet cats Diamond, Jackson, and Journey; they were very special to him.

Preston is survived by daughters Mariah of Lorain and Liberty of Indiatlantic, Florida, his parents Alan and Alana (nee Pruchinsky) Hall residing in Lorain, his brother Dustin Hall serving on active duty with the United States Coast Guard in Cuba, along with grandparents Arnold and Gloria (nee Heinzerling) Hall of Lorain and Steven and Shirley (nee Glatz) Liuchak residing in Elyria.

He was preceded in death by grandparents Jacob and Connie (nee Down) Pruchinsky.

Friends may call Monday July 16th from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. in the Gluvna-Shimo-Hromada Funeral Chapel, 3224 Broadway Avenue Lorain . Funeral services will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. in the funeral chapel with Reverend Rich Henry, Pastor of the Amherst Church of the Nazarene officiating.
