Olga I. Santos, 66, Registered Nursed & Loving Wife

Olga was born February 19, 1946 in Luquillo, Puerto Rico, she came to Lorain as a child. She made her home in Amherst Twsp. in 1989. Olga Graduated from Admiral King High School in 1965, where she was a varsity cheerleader.
Olga retired in 2006 from Community Health Partners. She worked as a Registered Nurse for over 35 years. She was an active member of Sacred Heart Chapel, Lorain. She taught catechism class and was a Eucharistic minister. Olga also a member of the churches Liturgical Dance Group, Prison Ministry and the Cursillo Movement. She enjoyed bowling, dancing, volleyball and collecting angel figurines.
She will be deeply missed by her husband of 23 years John H. Santos, Jr. of Amherst Twsp., sons Joseph (Brenda) Gonzalez of Saint Petersburg, Florida and Orlando Gonzalez of Lorain; daughter Yvette Evie Gonzalez of Lorain; step sons John H. Santos, III of Grafton and Jason R. (Lucy) Santos of Lorain; step daughter Lisa (Jimmy) Fitzpatrick of Lorain; brothers José Corcino of Vermilion, Francisco (Joyce) and Wilfredo Al(Carmen) Corcino both of Lorain and Eddie (Jennifer) Corcino of Saint Petersburg; 15 grandchildren and 6great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents Zenon and Eustacia Corcino; sister Nora Holloway and a brother Eddie Corcino.
Her family will receive friends Sunday from 4 to 8 Pm in Sacred Heart Chapel, 4301 Pearl Avenue, Lorain. Where Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday at 9:30 AM in the church. Rev. Father William A. Thaden Pastor will officiate. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Lorain.
