Betty A. Carroll, 53, Loving Wife & Mother
Betty A. Carroll (nee Kilkenny), 53, of Lorain, died Thursday December 20, 2012 at her home after a brief illness.
She was born November 28, 1959 in Kingwood, West Virginia and had resided in the Lorain area most of her life.
Betty worked at Thogus Products in Avon, for Aramark Food Services at the Ford Assembly Plant in Avon and at Convenient Food Market on Colorado Avenue in Lorain.
Betty enjoyed playing bingo and visiting her friends.
She is survived by her husband of 36 years Randy L. Carroll, children Jason Kilkenny of Lorain and Lisa McMichael of Vermilion, 8 grandchildren, parents Bill Kilkenny of California and Patricia Eno of Lorain, sisters Barbara Wyman of Elyria and Terry Nelson of Florida and 2 brothers of Lorain.
The family will receive friends Wednesday Dec. 26th from 3-6 pm at the Gluvna-Shimo-Hromada Funeral Chapel, 3224 Broadway Ave, Lorain. Funeral services will be held Thursday Dec 27th at 11:00 am in the funeral chapel. The Rev. Donald New will officiate. Burial will follow in Ridge Hill Memorial Park in Amherst Township.
