D�artagnan C. Knowles, 59, Loving Father
D’artagnan Crawford “Dart” Knowles, 59 of Lorain passed away Wednesday February 27, 2013 in Colorado Springs, Colorado wile visiting his daughter.
He was born December 31, 1953 in Lorain and was a life long resident.
Dart formally worked at U. S. Steel, Lorain. He enjoyed his Family, Chess, Cards, Dominoes, and Fun.
He will be dearly missed by his daughters Melissa Denise Marshall-Perkins of Lorain, and Dominique Antwonette Knowles-Jackson of Colorado Springs; son D’artagnan C. Knowles Jr. of Lorain; brothers Asa C. Knowles, William C. Knowles Jr., Taquato C. Knowles Sr., Utron C. Knowles and Leonidas C. Knowles all of Lorain; sisters Carletta C. Dunlap, Merial C. Larsossa, Alicia C. Brown and Karona C. White all of Lorain; 8 grandchildren and loved by all of his nephews and nieces.
He was preceded in death by his parents William C. and Ethel M. (nee Bell) Knowles and a sister Lucrecia C. Martinez (nee Knowles).
His family will receive friends Saturday from 3 until time of his funeral service at 5 PM in New Bethel Primitive Baptist Church, 3880 Dayton Avenue, Lorain.
