Richard G. Hyde Jr., 63, Will be Deeply Missed
Richard G. “Rick” Hyde Jr, 63, of Galesburg, Michigan and formerly of Lorain, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, April 14, 2013 at his home.
Rick graduated from Admiral King High School in 1967. He retired from US Steel.
Rick was a great story teller, a car enthusiast, enjoyed home renovation and designing floor plans, spending time with friends and family and his beloved Dalmatians.
He is survived by his close friend Dave Powers of Galesburg, MI, his brother, Michael (Michelle) Hyde of Oklahoma, his Aunt, Marilyn Roth of Lorain, and many cousins. He was preceded in death by his father and stepmother Richard and Adele Hyde and his mother Sally Hyde.
A Celebration of Rick’s life will take place on Saturday, May 18th at 1:30 pm at the Gluvna-Shimo-Hromada Funeral Chapel, 3224 Broadway Ave Lorain.
