Sarah Marrero, 66, Will Be Deeply Missed

Sarah Marrero (née Vazquez) 66 of Lorain passed away Monday, May 6, 2013 in Mercy Regional Medical Center, Lorain following a lenghty illness.

Sarah was born May 7, 1946 in Las Piedras, Puerto Rico, she moved to Lorain in the early 1960’s. She attended Admiral King High School, Lorain. Sarah worked as a clerk for AMVETS Thrift Store in Lorain and taught dancing. She loved Spanish music and dancing. She was very fond of her pet Chihuahua “Toby”.

She will deeply missed by her son William Marrero of Lakeland, Florida; sisters Milagros Vazquez of Puerto Rico and Sonia Vazquez of Boston, Massachusetts; brothers David Vazquez of Puerto Rico and Jaime Vasquez of Boston and nieces and nephews.

Sarah is preceded in death by her parents Gabriel and Cecelia Vazquez; her former husband William Marrero and brothers and sisters.

She will be buried in Puerto Rico.
