Charles G. Church, 65, Enjoyed His Harley Davidson Motorcycle

Mr. Church was born in Charleston, West Virginia on March 26, 1948, a son of the late Glen P. and Helen (nee Hayes) Church. He was a graduate of Charleston High School.
He worked as a heavy equipment operator at Orion Corporation, formerly known as CEI in Avon Lake, retiring in 2009 after 30 years of service.
Mr. Church enjoyed his Harley Davidson Motorcycle.
He is survived by his daughters, Lisa M. (Vernon) Carpenter, of Sissonville, WV, Annette Y. (Roger) Reed, of Nitro, WV, Carla G. Riggleman of Mt. Savage, MD. step daughters Gail L. (Chris) Romes, Michelle E. Gum, Lettie A. (Michael) Taylor all of Lorain, step sons Max E. Gum of Wellington, Scott (Zarah) Gum of Polk County, FL, 18 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, his fiancee, Tammy Lopez, sisters Barbara A. (Reed) Rupp, of New Bethlehem, PA, Marion Cox of Akron,Diane, of Garden City, NJ; Tanya NcNealy of Belle, WV, brothers John R. (Carolyn) Church of Spartanburg, SC, Roger (Tanya) Church of Elkview, WV, and Steven Burdette living in China.
In addition to his parents; , he was preceded in death by his wife Marie E. Church, on Nov. 26, 2008 and a brother Ronnie E. Church.
Services were private and handled by the Schwartz, Spence, Boyer & Cool Home For Funerals, 1124 W. 5th Street, Lorain, Ohio.
