Dolores Fabregas, 66, Will be Deeply Missed
Dolores Fabregas (nee Alvarez), 66, of Lorain, died Sunday September 15, 2013 at the Hospice of Palm Beach County at Bethesda Memorial Hospital in Boynton Beach, Florida.
She was born October 7, 1946 in Havana, Cuba and had resided in Lorain since 1976. She became a citizen of the United States in 1961.
Dolores worked as an assembler at the Brook Park Ford Plant retiring in 2011.
She is survived by her daughter Barbara Fabregas of Lorain and sister Argelia Rodriguez of New Jersey. She was preceded in death by her husband Adolfo Fabregas on January 26, 2008 and parents Victoriano & Argelia Alvarez (nee Gonzalez-Quevedo).
The family will receive friends Thursday 2-9 pm at the Gluvna-Shimo-Hromada Funeral Chapel, 3224 Broadway Ave, Lorain. Funeral services will be held Friday at 11:00 am in the funeral chapel. The Rev. Gerald Keller will officiate. Entombment will follow in the mausoleum at Holy Trinity Cemetery in Avon.
