Sally A. Palos, 81, Loving Homemaker & Mother
Sally Ann Palos, (nee Cantu) 81 of Lorain, passed away Monday, January 21, 2013 in EMH Elyria Medical Center following a lengthy illness.
Mrs. Palos was born July 24, 1931 in Kimball, West Virginia. She was a homemaker and mother who enjoyed cooking, gardening and bingo.
Sally will be missed by her sons Billy and Freddy Palos both of Elyria, Ronny Palos of Cleveland, Tommy and Domingo Palos, Jr. both of Lorain and Clarence Palos of Arizona; daughters Sharon Ware, Priscilla Wren and Patricia Palos all of Lorain; brothers Bill Cantu of Sheffield and Clarence Cantu of Ashland; sisters Elsie Newman of Elyria, Peggy Hunker of Oberlin and Debra Click of Lorain, 30 grandchildren and 43 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years Domingo Palos in 2008, her parents George and Elsie (Née Hale) Cantu; son Johnny Palos; brothers Lee, Albert and Bob Cantu; sister Joann Nagy; and grandchildren Ashley Palos and Nicholas Rivas.
Her family will receive friends Thursday from 4 until time of her funeral service at 7 PM in Vine of Hope Church, 1310 Colorado Avenue, Lorain. Reverend, Benjamin Patrick of Church of God, Castalia, Ohio will officiate.
