Frank Chiorazzi, Jr., 66, U.S. Air Force Veteran

Photo of Frank Chiorazzi, Jr. Frank Chiorazzi, Jr., 66, of Lorain passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, October 16, 2013 in his home.

He was born April 20, 1947 in Connellsville, Pennsylvania. Frank came to Lorain in the mid 1950’s.

Mr. Chiorazzi retired from the welding shop in U. S. Steel Lorain. He also worked as a welder for the American Shipbuilding Co. Lorain. Frank served in the United States Air Force.

Frank was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Lorain where he was a volunteer in the food co-op. He was also a member of the United Steel Workers Local 1104, Lorain. Frank enjoyed spending time with his extended family at the Burger King in South Lorain.

He will be dearly missed by his mother Edna Chiorazzi (née Riggar) of Lorain; his sister Mary (Felix) Calez of Lorain; nieces and nephews and his former wife Nancy Lee of Lorain.

Frank was preceded in death by his father Frank Chiorazzi; and brother Edward Chiorazzi.

His family will receive friends Friday 4 until time of his funeral service at 7 PM in the Richard J. Reidy Funeral Home, 1783 East 31st Street, South Lorain. Wayne F. De Marco, Commissioned Lay Pastor of the First Presbyterian Church, Lorain will officiate.
