Arch L. Wilson, 86, U.S. Navy Veteran

He was born March 24, 1927 in Lejunior, KY, spent most of his life in Lorain, and moved to Belpre 12 years ago.
Arch worked as a pipe fitter for BF Goodrich for 37 years. He was a WW2 Navy Veteran, and belonged to the American Legion and the VFW in Belpre. He was a member of the American Brewery Association, and collected beer signs. Many people remember him from Joyce’s Club 28. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He is survived by sons Donald (Carole) Wilson of Port Orchard, WA, Daniel (Chris) Wilson of Painesville, OH, John (Jeff Ward) Wilson of Lorain, Arch (fiancée Michelle Razdrh) Wilson Jr. of South Amherst, daughters Danielle (Butch) White of Lorain, Dawn Ruth (Jack) Neil of Newport, NC, Angela (Francis) Diaz of Lorain, and Amy Wilson of Genoa, OH, along with 25 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his 1st wife Dorothy in 1984, his 2nd wife Joyce in 2010, a daughter Dolly Palmer in 2004, a brother Daniel Wilson, and parents Arch and Cecil Wilson.
Friends may call Wednesday from 5 PM to 8 PM in Reichlin-Cooley Funeral Home 2920 Broadway, Lorain. Private burial will take place in Calvary Cemetery.
