Jeanette A. Naymik, 83, Enjoyed Traveling, Reading, and Spending Time with Family
Jeanette A. Naymik (nee Haak), 83, of Lorain, died Saturday June 22, 2013 at New Life Hospice Center of St. Joseph in Lorain.She was born February 21, 1930 in Lorain and had been a lifelong Lorain area resident.
Jeanette worked at Januzzi Shoe Store in Lorain. She was a member of St. Nicholas Byzantine Rite Catholic Church in Lorain. She enjoyed traveling, reading and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her children Nancy O�Hara of Elyria, Sandra Drew of Lorain and David Naymik of Lorain, 7 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Howard Naymik in 1995, parents Leonard and Alzada Haak (nee Lewis) and sister Norene Schneider.
The family will receive friends Thursday 4-7 pm at the Gluvna-Shimo-Hromada Funeral Chapel, 3224 Broadway Ave, Lorain where a Parastas Service will be held Thursday at 4:00 pm. Panachida services will be held Friday at 9:30 am in the funeral chapel followed by the Divine Liturgy at 10:00 am at St. Nicholas Byzantine Rite Catholic Church, 2711 W. 40th St, Lorain. The Rev. Nicholas Rachford, pastor, will officiate. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery in Lorain.
