Dennis G. Bernhardt, 36, Enjoyed Hunting and Fishing
Dennis G. “Bad Eye” Bernhardt, 36, of Lorain, passed away Saturday, January 25, 2014 in his home following a brief illness.
He was born January 16, 1978 in Lorain. Dennis was a lifelong resident, who graduated from Lorain High School in 1997. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. Dennis was an avid Steelers fan. He loved spending time with his niece and family.
Dennis will be dearly missed by his parents, Steven A. and Karen A. (née Clair) Bernh���������������ardt of Lorain; his sister, Hope Bernhardt of Lorain; his niece, Daija Bernhardt and aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents Robert M. and Olga V. Bernhardt and Delbert and Frances Clair; his uncle, Warren Bernhardt and his niece Stephany Bernhardt.
His family will receive friends Thursday from 2 to 4 PM and 6 to 8 PM in the Richard J. Reidy Funeral home, 1783 East 31st Street, South Lorain. His funeral service will be Friday at 11 AM in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Ridge Hill Memorial Park, Amherst Township.
