Fidel Hernandez, 82, Enjoyed Playing Tambourine & Singing

He was born March 23, 1932 in Loiza, Puerto Rico. He came to Lorain in 2004.
Fidel was a member of Iglesia Manantial Pentecostal, Lorain. He enjoyed playing tambourine and singing. He was a sports fan, especially baseball.
He will be deeply missed by his daughters Maria L. (Joaquin) Armaiz and Ruth N. Hernandez both of Elyria; sons Felix Cirino Sanchez, Carlos Mercado Sanchez, Victor Mercado Sanchez all of Elyria, Jesus Mercado Sanchez of Lorain, Hector Hernandez Loiza, Puerto Rico and Fidel Hernandez of Rhode Island; sister Victoria Pazarro of Loiza; 30 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
Fidel was preceded in death by his wife of 47 years Victoria Sanchez in 2006; his parents Francisco Hernandez and Petronila Pazarro; and his sisters Mercedes Hernandez and Francisca Pazarro
Friends may call Monday, April 7 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM in Iglesia Manantial Pentecostal, 3501 Broadway, Lorain, Ohio. Where his funeral service will be Tuesday, April 8 at 10:00 AM in the church. The Reverend Juan Rivera, pastor will officiate. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery, Lorain.
