Victoria L. Aliff, 51, Enjoyed reading magazines and scrapping with her husband

Mrs. Aliff was born in Amherst on December 17, 1962, a daughter of the late John J. Salva and Virginia Lee (nee Poyle) Thoen of Lorain. She graduated from Oberlin High School in 1982. She attended the Church of Acts in Lorain.
She was member of the Fraternal Order of Police Auxiliary. She enjoyed reading magazines and scrapping with her husband.
Mrs. Aliff is survived by her husband of 14 years, Roger Aliff, daughter Tracy L. (James) Norton of Lorain, her mother and step father Virginia and Donald Thoen of Lorain, grandchildren Karaylona Messer, Kamden Norton, sisters Charlotta R. "Char" (Roger) Hammond of Mesa, Arizona, Tina M. (Richard) McCartney of Lorain, Sheila A. Hamilton also Lorain and a brother Robert W. (Kathy) Salva.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a son Robbie, maternal grandfather Sunday Poyle, maternal grandmother and step grandfather Blanche and Wayne Wittmer, paternal grandparents John and Rosemarie Salva and her mother-in-law Dottie Aliff.
Friends may call Wednesday, May 21, 2014 from 4-6 p.m. in the Church of Acts, 2314 Leavitt Road, Lorain followed by funeral services at 6:00 p.m. with Rev. Karen Kizer, officiating.
The family suggest that memorial contributions may be made to Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Children's Hospital Medical Center of Akron, 1 Perkins Square, Akron, OH 44308.
