Renee D. Heider (nee Warner), 69, Certified full-time grandmother who enjoyed watching her grandchildren's baseball and softball games
Lorain: Renee D. Heider (nee Warner), 69, of Lorain, went to be with her loving husband on Monday May 26, 2014 at her home.
She was born February 9, 1945 in Lorain and had been a lifelong Lorain area resident.
Renee was a “certified full-time grandmother” who enjoyed attending her grandchildren’s baseball and softball games.
She is survived by her children Thomas W. Heider (JoEllen) and Nicole Klamer (Walter), all of Lorain, grandchildren Alexis and Thomas M. Heider and Nathan, Logan, Conrad and Ale Klamer and brothers William Warner (Linda) of New Mexico and Donald Warner of Lorain. She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas G. Heider on May 30, 2009 and parents William and Florence Warner (nee Adshead).
The family will receive friends Thursday 4-8 pm at the Gluvna-Shimo-Hromada Funeral Chapel, 3224 Broadway Ave, Lorain. Prayer services will be held Friday at 9:30 am in the funeral chapel followed by the mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church, 1454 Lexington Ave, Lorain. The Rev. Robert J. Glepko, pastor, will officiate. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery in Lorain.
