Loretta J. Arthrell, 52, Loving Wife & Mother
Loretta J. Arthrell, 52, (nee Gruber) of Valley City passed away Sunday, October 26, 2014 at her home following a long illness.
Mrs. Arthrell was born in Sandusky on August 9, 1962, the daughter of Elmer and Joyce (nee Culickio) Gruber of Lorain, who survive.
She was a 1980 graduate of Southview High School and received her Associates Degree in Secretarial Science from Lorain County Community College.
Mrs. Arthrell loved spending her time sewing and gardening.
She was a letter carrier for the US Postal Service in North Ridgeville with 29 years of service.
Mrs. Arthrell is survived by her husband of 27 years, Kent J. Arthrell, son Kent W. Arthrell of Valley City, sister Julie (Chuck) Jeffrey of Zebulon, Georgia, brothers Doug (Marti) Gruber of Huron and Jim Gruber of Buffalo, New York.
Friends may call on Friday, October 31, 2014 from 7-9 p.m. at Schwartz, Spence, Boyer & Cool Home For Funerals, 1124 W. 5th Street, Lorain.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the funeral home at 11:00 am on Saturday, November 1st, 2014. Burial will be private.
