Patricia A. Reynolds, 74, Enjoyed Bingo and Gambling
Patricia A. Reynolds, 74, (nee Bills) of Lorain passed away on Friday, October 31, 2014 at Autumn Aegis Nursing Home following a long illness.
Mrs. Reynolds was born in Lorain on March 9, 1940, the daughter of the late Harold L. and Jeanette Marie (nee Kohn) Bills.
She worked in the dietary department at Community Hospital in Lorain following 43 years of service, retiring in 2002. She began her career at St. Joes, Lorain High School and McGarvey's Restuarant. She and her husband ran the bingo program at the Lorain Senior Citizens and then continued to work at the concessions at the Senior Citizens Center following his death.
Mrs. Reynolds was a member of the Women of the Moose Lodge #552 and a Golden Moose for 34 years. She enjoyed bingo and gambling.
She is survived by sons Timothy J. (Sheila) Reynolds of North Ridgeville, Robert J Reynolds of Lorain, daughter Kim A. (Dan) Urig of Lorain, 2 granddaughters, one great granddaughter, two step grandchildren, 5 step great grandchildren, sisters Norma M Foley of Ashland, brother Harold "Moe" K. Bills of Nova.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband James in 1994, sisters Joan Sauers, Mary Jane Afrates, brothers Dennis Bills and Roy Bills.
Friends may call on Thursday, November 6, 2014 from 4-8 pm in the Schwartz, Spence, Boyer & Cool Home For Funerals, 1124 W. 5th Street, Lorain.
Funeral services will be Friday, November 7, 2014 at the funeral home at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Lisa Morisson, assistant pastor of Lorain Light House United Methodist Church, officiating.
Burial will be in the Ridge Hill Memorial Park, Amherst Township.
The family suggest that memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or to the American Diabetes Association.
