Myrna G. Froman, 82, Member of Agudath B'nai Israel Temple
Myrna G. Froman, 82, (nee Koeppel) of Avon passed away Friday, December 11, 2015 following a short illness. Mr. and Mrs. Froman lived the last 11 months at St. Mary of the Woods.
Mrs. Froman was born in Brooklyn, NY on February 25, 1933, a daughter of the late Isidore and Hilda (nee Devorkin) Koeppel. She was a graduate of Erasmus High School in Brooklyn. She attended two years of business school.
She married Erwin Froman in 1955. She and her husband, along with their son Barry moved to Lorain in 1957. She was a member of Agudath B'nai Israel Temple, life member of Hadassah and the Sisterhood.
Mrs. Froman was preceded in death by her parents, sons Neil Mark and Phillip J.
She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Erwin, a son Barry F. (Nancy) Froman of Phoenix, AZ, and her sister Phyllis (Stan) Seiberg of California.
Funeral services will be Monday, December 14, 2015 at 11:00 am in the Schwartz, Spence, Boyer & Cool Home For Funerals, 1124 W. 5th Street, Lorain followed by interment in Salem Cemetery.
The family request no flowers, please. Memorial contributions may be made to the favorite charity of the donor.
The Froman family will receive friends on Monday, Dec. 14, 2015 from 1-3 p.m. in the Agudath B'nai Israel Synagogue, 1715 Meister Rd, Lorain, OH 44053, where they will share a Meal of Consolation.
