Margaret E. Golobich, 76, Enjoyed Quilting and Crocheting

Photo of Margaret E. Golobich Margaret E. Golobich (nee Chester), 76, of Lorain, died Friday February 12, 2016 at Kingston of Vermilion after a long illness.

She was born March 6, 1939 in Dryden, Virginia and graduated from Hall High School in Chevrolet, Kentucky before moving to Ohio in 1956.

Margaret enjoyed quilting, crocheting, knitting, puzzles and card games.

She is survived by her children: Chester Marcum Anderson (Patsie) of Tallapoosa, Georgia, Dennis W. Anderson (Nancy) of Lorain, Jeffrey L. Anderson (Kathi) of Amherst, Cherita S. Thompson (nee Anderson) (Mike) of Orlando, Florida and Mike S. Anderson of Arkansas; sister Kathleen Powell of Elyria and several grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents Hansford James Chester in 1986 and Cannie Chester (nee Fields) in 1997, sisters Jerema Mitchell and Helen Owens and brother James Calvin Chester.

The family will receive friends Sunday February 14th from 7:00-9:00 pm at the Gluvna-Shimo-Hromada Funeral Chapel, 3224 Broadway Ave, Lorain. A closing prayer service will be held Friday at 8:45 pm. The Rev. James Smucker, chaplain of Mercy New Life Hospice in Lorain, will preside. Cremation will follow.
