Dorothy J. Eitner, 84, Loved Spending Time with Her Great Grandchildren
Dorothy J. Eitner, 84, (nee Hvizda) of Lorain went to be reunited with her beloved husband, Fred on Friday, September 9, 2016 at Mercy Regional Medical Center in Lorain, unexpectedly.
Mrs. Eitner was born in Dry Tavern, PA on December 21, 1931, the daughter of the late John A. and Mary (nee Snock) Hvizda. She was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Church in Lorain and was a homemaker.
She loved her great grandchildren, spending quality time and playing with them. She also enjoyed playing bingo and visiting the casinos.
Mrs. Eitner is survived by her daughter Barbara A (Douglas Pearce) Eitner of Lorain, son Ronald L. (Carolyn) Eitner of Lorain, grandchildren: Kim Costin, Rhonda Fox, Todd Kroesen, Lisa Horba,
10 Great Grandchildren and a sister Betty Visnesky of Lorain.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Fredrick Eitner in 2000 and 7 brothers and sisters.
Friends may call on Wednesday, September 14, 2016 from 5-7 p.m. in the Schwartz, Spence, Boyer & Cool Home For Funerals, 1124 W. 5th Street, Lorain. A Wake Service will be at 7:00 p.m.
Burial will be private in Resthaven Memory Gardens, Avon.
