Barbara R. Schonhiutt, 82, Enjoyed Attending Musicals
Barbara R. Schonhiutt, 82, of Lorain, passed away on Sunday, November 20, 2016 at University Hospital Main Campus in Cleveland following a long illness.
Mrs. Schonhiutt was born in Elyria on November 9, 1934, the daughter of the late Harry and Helen (nee Milner) Lash. She was a member of Agudath B'Nai Israel Temple in Lorain. She was a homemaker.
She enjoyed watching TV, attending musicals and eating at good restaurants.
Mrs. Schonhiutt is survived by her husband Julius E. Schonhiutt, son Adam J Schonhiutt of Lorain, grandchildren Joshua Dolin, Brianna Schonhiutt, Shane Gontarz, great grandson Joshua Dolin, Jr., brother Dr. Harvey (Rose) Lash of Palo Alto, CA and many other neices, nephews, cousins and relatives.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter Annette Schwartz Dolin in 2003.
Funeral Services will; be Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. in the Schwartz, Spence, Boyer & Cool Home For Funerals, 1124 W. 5th Street, Lorain, with Mark Jaffee officiating.
Burial will be in the Salem Cemetery, Lorain. The family will sit shiva on Tuesday evening from 7-9 p.m..
