Larissa I. Irizarry, 28, Loved Nature and Being Outdoors

She was born February 24, 1988 to Carmelo and Pamela (née Ash) Irizarry, Jr. of Elyria. She attended Elyria High School. Receiving her GED, Larissa was studying for a career as a counselor at Lorain Community College. She loved nature and being outdoors.

Other than her parents Larissa will be deeply missed by her son Troy Edwards, Jr. at home; her sister Gillian (Steven) Pluskota of Elyria; a niece Taylor and nephews Zachery, Shawn and Gabriel.

Larissa was preceded in death by her grandparents Ira and Mary Ash and Eva and Carmelo Irizarry, Sr.

Her family will receive friends Thursday, January 12 from 10 AM until time of her funeral ceremony at 12 Noon in the Richard J. Reidy Funeral Home, 1783 East 31st Street, South Lorain. Rev. Father Donald H. Dunson, Pastor of St. Vincent DePaul Church, Elyria will officiate.

Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to offset funeral expenses.
