Richard Sykuta, 71, Loved the Outdoors
Richard “Dick” Sykuta, 71, passed away on Friday, April 21, 2017 at Mercy New Life Hospice Center in Lorain, OH with his loving family by his side.
Dick loved the outdoors and he was an avid camper. He cherished his time, conversations and memories with his family and friends.
He is survived by his loving wife, Dorothy (nee: Olejko) Sykuta; children, Kim (Rob) Knapp, Rick (Natalie) Sykuta Jr., and Krissy Sykuta; grandchildren, Sullivan, Kennedy, Logan, Hailey, Max, Mason, and Kellen; and sister-in-law, Gail Sykuta.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ramon and Betty (nee Moehle) Sykuta; sisters, Sandra Crapo and Nancy Kuhn; brothers, John and Mark Sykuta.
The family will receive friends at Reidy-Scanlan-Giovannazzo Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 2150 Broadway, Lorain (440) 244-1961 on Monday, April 24, 2017 from 3:00 PM until the time of the memorial service at 7:00 PM with cousin, Stephen Polansky, officiating.
