Milagros Marrero, 69, Loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Sister

She was born June 26, 1947 in Toa Baja, Puerto Rico to Ramon and Estebania (née Salas) Rivera. Milagros came to Lorain in 1991 from Bayamon, Puerto Rico, where she was raised.
Milagros was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She was an active member of Templo Emmanuel. She was an official of the church, helping in the kitchen or where ever help was needed. Milagros enjoyed cooking for her family and friends. She enjoyed games but she love doing puzzles, she could sit for hours working on them.
She will be deeply missed by her husband Wilberto Marrero of Bayamon; sons Wilbert Marrero, Norberto Marrero and Humberto Marrero all of Lorain; daughters Wilma Marrero, Dolly Wieman, Linda Hernandez, Sheila Dowell and Keila Marrero all of Lorain; brothers Ramon and David Rivera of Bayamon; sisters Aurea Burgos of Lorain and Laura Rivera of Bayamon; 30 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
Other than her parents Milagros was preceded in death by her sisters Gloria Rivera and Felicita Reyes.
Her family will receive friends Tuesday, June 20 from 5:30 PM until time of service at 7 PM in Templo Emmanuel, 4230 Clinton Avenue, Lorain, where her funeral service will be Wednesday at 10 AM in the church. The Rev. Pedro Negron, Pastor will officiate. Burial will follow in Ridge Hill Memorial Park, Amherst Township.
Her family suggests memorial contributions to Dolly Wieman to offset burial expenses.
