Christopher Allan Recznik, 20, Enjoyed Spending Time with Family and Friends

He was born January 6, 1997 in Lorain. Chris was home schooled. He graduated from ECOT in 2015. He was a member of Episcopal Church of the Redeemer, Lorain.

Chris enjoyed spending time with his family, friends and his beloved Pitbull, Boi-Boy. He was a jack of all trades working on anything vintage from bikes, cars and motor bikes. He loved anything outdoors.

He will be deeply missed by his father and step-mother Andrew A. Girard III and Lesley Loy both of Lorain; brother Larry Girard of Lorain; sister Andrea Girard of Lorain; grandparents Willie and Dinah Williams, Andrew Girard, Jr. and Lesley Loy; many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Chris was preceded in death by his grandparents Shirley and Allan Day, Sr. and Detlef Loy; great grandparents Inge and Johann Loy.

His family will receive friends Monday, July 10 from 10 AM until time of his funeral service at 12:30 PM in Episcopal Church of the Redeemer, 647 Reid Avenue, Lorain. Rev. Susan Tiffany, interim rector will officiate. Burial will follow in Ridge Hill Memorial Park, Amherst Township.
Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to offset burial expenses.
