Missy Smink, 59, Enjoyed Watching Sunsets at Lakeview Beach

Born in East Liverpool , Ohio on March 26, 1958, Missy remained a life-long resident of Lorain . She was a graduate of Lorain High School .

Missy enjoyed watching sunsets at Lakeview Beach and also was a bird enthusiast. Additional interests included cooking and baking, as well as planning and hosting parties for her family and friends.

She is survived by sons Tom Chovanec (Emily) of New Albany, Ohio, and Joseph Smink of Lorain, along with daughters Emily Chovanec Garza (Richard) and Mary Ann Smink both of Lorain. She also leaves grandchildren Elizabeth, Harrison, Monroe, and Benjamin, along with brothers Jack Parker of Elyria, Terry Parker of Lorain, and Michael Parker (Dianna) of Litchfield, and sisters Treasure Rowe of Amherst Township, Joanie Ortiz of Lorain, and Patty Brodka (Pete) of Sheffield Lake. She also leaves an abundance of nieces and nephews.

Missy was preceded in death by her parents Jack and Mary Ann (nee Roberts) Parker, brother Richard Parker, and nephews Jimmy Pihlblad and Travis Parker.
