Eva M. Gifford, 38, Enjoyed Spending Time with Family & Cooking
Eva M. Gifford, 38, of Lorain, died Monday August 28, 2017 at Mercy New Life Hospice Center of St. Joseph in Lorain after a brief illness.
She was born January 14, 1979 in Lorain and had been a lifelong Lorain area resident.
Eva attended Admiral King High School in Lorain and worked as an STNA at several area nursing homes.
She enjoyed spending time with her family and cooking.
She is survived by her children: Alvin Miller, Jr, Kalvin Gifford & Keion Dukes; parents Edward Gifford Sr and Jacquelyne Gifford (nee Hollett); brothers: Edward Gifford Jr (Shawn Marie), David Gifford (Wendy) & Frank Gifford (Stacy Sabbagh); sister Diana Gifford and many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Wednesday August 30th from 12:00-2:00 pm and 5:00-7:00 pm at the Gluvna-Shimo-Hromada Funeral Chapel, 3224 Broadway Ave, Lorain. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 7:00 pm with the Rev. Lisa Morrison of Lighthouse United Methodist Church in Lorain presiding. Cremation will follow.
