Jacqueline Pinson, 79, Loved Her Children and Grandchildren
Jacqueline “Jackie” Pinson (née Smith) 79 of Lorain went home to be with the Lord Friday, October 27, 2017 in New Life Hospice Center of Lorain of a brief illness.
She was born October 14, 1938 in Huddy, Kentucky to Roland and Helen Smith.
Jackie married Fred in 1956, moving to Lorain.
She enjoyed playing Bingo and loved all her children and grandchildren.
Jackie is survived by her daughters Sherry Pinson of Sheffield Village; Tina Robbins and Vanessa Salata both of Lorain. Sister, June Christy Hall of Lorain, sister Sandy McCoy and brother Ricki Smith both of Kentucky.
She was preceded in death by her husband Fred in 1993, son Robbie 1993, and daughter Jill 2016, and parents.
Her family will receive friends Wednesday, November 1 from 4 to 8 PM. Funeral services will be Thursday at 11:00 a.m. in the Richard J. Reidy Funeral Home, 1783 East 31st Street, South Lorain. Chaplin John Jackson of Mercy New Life Hospice will officiate. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery.
Memorial Contributions may be made to funeral home to offset burial expenses.
