Michelle R. Pugh, 68, Enjoyed Reading and Creating Art

She was born November 22, 1948 in Cleveland to Wiley and Louvenia (née Gillispie) Pugh. She was raised in Cleveland. Michelle moved to Lorain from Rocky River in 2007.

Michelle received her Master Degree in Library Science from Cleveland State University she worked for Cleveland City Schools and retired from The Cuyahoga Library System.

She enjoyed reading and creating art. She was religious. Michelle attended St. James United Methodist Church in Cleveland and First United Methodist Church in Elyria.

Michelle will be dearly missed by her fiance George Yanick of Lorain and her sisters Marlena and Antoinette Pugh of Arizona.

Along with her parents Michelle was preceded in death by her brother Wiley Pugh, Jr.

Friends may call Wednesday, November 15 from 10 AM until time of her funeral service at 12 Noon in the Richard J. Reidy Funeral Home, 1783 East 31st Street, South Lorain. Rev. Chuck Behrens, Chaplin of the Hospice of The Western Reserve will officiate. Burial will follow in Ridge Hill Memorial Park, Amherst.
