Stephanie L. Robles, 39, Enjoyed Arts and Photography
Stephanie L. Robles (nee Wenzel), 39, of Amherst, died Tuesday November 14, 2017 at her home after a two-month battle with leukemia.
The was a second reoccurrence after a five-year remission from the disease.
Stephanie was born February 6, 1978 in Fairview Park and had been a lifelong Amherst area resident. She graduated from Marion L. Steele High School in Amherst where she was in the marching band and attended Lorain County JVS in Oberlin.
She worked at Guest Supply in Lorain as a Purchasing Assistant for two months. Prior to that, she worked at Safeguard Properties in Mentor as a Code Enforcement Specialist for over 12 years.
Stephanie enjoyed arts, crafts, photography, golf and fishing.
She is survived by her husband of almost three years Robert D. Robles of Amherst; son Tyler Perry of Arizona and father William Wenzel of Lorain. She was preceded in death by her mother Kathy J. Haid (nee Lantz).
The family will receive friends Friday November 17th from 3:00-7:00 pm at the Gluvna-Shimo-Hromada Funeral Chapel, 3224 Broadway Ave, Lorain. Funeral services will follow on Friday at 7:00 pm in the funeral chapel with the Rev. Peter Toth, pastor of Hungarian Reformed UCC in Lorain, presiding. Cremation will follow.
