Evelyn Johnson, 88, Loving Mother and Homemaker

She was born in Lorain on January 26, 1929. She graduated from Lorain High School in 1947. She was a lifelong resident of Lorain.

Evie was a loving mother, homemaker. She worked at Drs. Russell, Berkebile and Associates from 1972 - 1985. She was a member St. Mary's Parish, Lorain.

She enjoyed reading the morning newspaper, watching game shows, sports and her favorite soap opera Days of Our Lives. She also loved talking on the phone to her family and friends.

Evie will be missed by her sons, Gerald (Debbie) Johnson of Las Vegas, David (Rick) Johnson of Willoughby Hills and cousin, Judy Starcovic of Lorain.

She was preceded in death by her parents Frank J. Haladey and Julia (née Furdyn) Haladey.

Evelyn's funeral service and burial in Calvary Cemetery, Lorain was Wednesday, November 22.

A mass in celebration of her memory will be announced.
