Norma M. Foley, 77, Enjoyed Playing Bingo and Reading

Photo of Norma M. Foley Norma M. Foley, 77, (nee Bills) passed away on Sunday, June 3, 2018 at Good Shepherd Nursing Home in Ashland following a long illness.

She was born in Lorain on January 31, 1941, the daughter of the late Harold J. and Jeannette Marie (nee Kohn) Bills. She was a graduate of Lorain High School in the class of 1960 A.

Ms. Foley was retired from her own business. She was a member of Moose Lodge # 167 and the American Legion Auxiliary,

She enjoyed visiting the Amish and learning their culture and faith. She enjoyed playing bingo, watching scary movies, reading and gambling. She was a avid fan of Jose Ramirez of the Cleveland Indians; she referred to him as her "Favorite Little Puerto Rican."

Ms. Foley is survived by daughters, Tina M. (David Vanderhoof) Killion, of Ashland, Trish R, (Mike) Wargo of Columbus, Michelle L. (Sam) Merritt of Bancroft, NE, 7 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and one on the way, a brother Harold "Moe" Bills, of Nova, several nieces and nephews and her beloved family dog, Roxie.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Robert J. Pruchnicki in 1994, brothers, Dennis Bills, Roy Earl Bills and sisters Joan Lee Bills Sauers, MaryJane Bills Afrates, and Patricia Reynolds.

Friends may call on Thursday, June 7, 2018 from 3-7 PM in the Schwartz, Spence, Boyer & Cool Home For Funerals, 1124 W. 5th Street, Lorain,

A Celebration of Her Life will be held at the funeral home following the visitation.

Following the Celebration of Life at the funeral home, there will be refreshments at the Moose Lodge, 204 W 5th St, Lorain, OH 44052

Burial will be private.

The family suggest that memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of North Central Ohio-Ashland, 1050 Dauch Drive, Ashland, OH 44805.
