John William Davis Dolinsky, 39, Treasured Spending Time with Daughter and Son

Photo of John William Davis Dolinsky John William Davis Dolinsky, 39, of Lorain, went home Friday, June 29, 2018 very peacefully, surrounded with his loving family by his side.

John was born on December 17, 1978, at Fort Knox, Kentucky to the late Donald D. Dolinsky and Patricia Ann (née Flynn) McCue.

John was a 1998 graduate of Lorain Admiral King High School. He member of various choirs. John was selected for the 1995 All-Ohio Youth Choir. John was also a member of the Soccer Team and Navy JROTC.

John was an employee at Circle K, Lorain and McDonalds, Elyria. John treasured spending time with his daughter and son, Sierra and Eli. He also enjoyed spending time with his nieces Lexi Knall and Leiloni Dolinsky, nephews James and Daniel Dolinsky, his dog Princess and cat Minks. John enjoyed listening to all genres of music, going every spring with his mother to buy hanging baskets, playing video games and watching movies.

John was a very loving, kind, caring, genuine, giving person.

John is survived by his daughter Sierra Rose Heilman, son Eli Davis William Heilman; mother Patricia Ann (née Flynn) McCue and step-father David R. McCue, of whom he made his home; brother James (Rebekah) Dolinsky; maternal grandmother, Frances L. (née Hart) Flynn; step-grandfather Ronald Simpson and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Other than his father, John is proceeded in death by his maternal grandfather William V. Flynn; paternal grandparents John Dolinsky and Irene (née Rado) Simpson; step grandparents Ralph and Betty McCue; maternal great grandparents John and Catherine Hart, Jimmy Flynn and May Clausen; paternal great grandparents John Rado, Davis and Mary (Horvath) Rice.

There will be a Celebration of Life on Saturday, August 18 at 2 PM at Lorain Light House United Methodist Church, 3015 Meister Road, Lorain.
