Michael E. Sogan, 62, Very Personable and Had Many Friends

He was born May 3, 1956 in Lorain and graduated from Clearview High School.

Michael was an electrician by trade. He was very personable and had many friends.

He is survived by his sisters: Donna Hanni (Steve) of Stone Creek and Lorraine Danley of Cambridge and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father Martin J. “Marty” Sogan and stepmother Helen Sogan (nee Taggart); mother Eva P. Hughes (nee Lacourse) and stepfather Harold Hughes.

Graveside funeral services will be held Saturday July 28th at 11:00 am at Ridge Hill Memorial Park, 44805 N Ridge Rd, Amherst. The Rev. John Slatcoff, deacon of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Elyria Twp, will preside.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Gluvna-Shimo-Hromada Funeral Chapel, 3224 Broadway Ave, Lorain.
