Jeremy Allen Mills, 30, Loving and Devoted Family Man
Jeremy Allen Mills, 30, of Lorain, was received into the hands of the Lord on January 8, 2019.
He was born September 28, 1988 in Lorain to his loving parents Karl and Jennifer (née Yontack) Mills. He graduated from Admiral King High School in 2006 where he played Baseball. He also played Basketball and football for CYO, and attended Lorain County Community College where he studied Business. He also obtained a license to sell Insurance. Jeremy was a very loving devoted family man whose first priority was to take care of his family. He loved his girls more than anything and had made plans to marry his fiance Katrena in 2020.
Jeremy will be dearly missed by his parents, his fiance Katrena Brooks of Lorain; his daughters, Audrey Mills and Kalayah Mills at home; brother Nicholas Mills and sister Katherine Mills both of Lorain; grandfather Al (Melody) Yontack of Lorain and loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and nieces Brielle and Kehlani Mills.
Jeremy was preceded in death by a son Jeremy A. Mills; brothers Kristopher K. and Karl A. Mills, and a sister Kaitlyn Mills, grandparents Sam and Janie Mills, and Patricia Yontack.
His family will receive friends Wednesday, January 16 from 3 to 8 PM in the Richard J. Reidy Funeral Home, 1783 East 31st Street, South Lorain where the Chaplet of Divine Mercy will be prayed at 3:30 PM. Closing prayers will be in the Funeral Home Thursday, January 17 at 10:00 AM. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 AM in St. Peter Parish, 3655 Oberlin Ave. Lorain. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Lorain.
