Photo of Larry  Camera Larry Camera, 66, of Elyria, passed away on Saturday, October 5, 2019 at his home in Elyria with his loving family by his side.

Lawrence was born in Lorain, OH on August 11, 1953 to his loving parents, J. Leonard and Margaret L. (nee Deiwald) Camera.

Larry worked at U.S. Steel, The Shipyards, ODOT, Oatey, and Prestige. He enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, spending time with his family and friends and he was a hard worker.

He is survived by his wife of 28 years of marriage, Bernadette (nee Rivera) Camera of Elyria; sons, Dino J. (Ashley) of Vermilion, Mario L. (Jessica) of Kentucky and James V. Camera of Elyria; six grandchildren, Marissa, Dominic and Annabella: and Giana, Ava and Rocco; brothers, Tom (Sharon), Jan (Darlene) Camera, Mike (Linda), Lenny, and Guy (Kim) Camera; sisters, Sandy (Larry) Schuler and Mary (Geno) Taliano; many nieces, nephews, and loving family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his son, Thomas J. Camera in 2017; parents, J. Leonard and Margaret L. Camera; brothers, William and Shawn Camera.

The family will receive friends at Reidy-Scanlan-Giovannazzo Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 2150 Broadway, Lorain (440) 244-1961 on Tuesday, October 8, 2019 from 4:00 PM until the time of funeral services at 7:00 PM. Private Christian inurnment services will be held at Calvary Cemetery in Lorain at a later date. Donations may be made in Larry’s memory to Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Donor Services, P.O.
