Casimir Paul Ciesielczyk Jr., 82, U.S. Army Veteran

He was born in Grindstone, Pennsylvania and had been a resident of North Ridgeville since 1969, moving from Lakewood.
Casey graduated from Brownsville High School in 1957 then went on to serve in the US Army Reserves.
He worked as a General Manager for All Erection and Crane Rental in Cleveland and retired in 2004 after more than 31 years.
He was an active member of St. Peter Catholic Church in North Ridgeville where he was involved with the Holy Name Society, Past President and Secretary of the Vincentians, Past President of St. Peter’s Credit Union and was a longtime member of the St. Peter’s Golf League.
He enjoyed attending air shows, working in his yard and cooking.
Survivors include his wife of 32 years, Barbara, son, Keith of North Ridgeville, stepdaughters, Lisa (Scott) Boyer of Wellington, Lora (Greg) Slater of Creston, grandchildren, Cody, Jordan and Adam, great-grandchildren, Lilly and Colt, brother, William (Georgia) Ciesielczyk and sister, Monica (Joe) Jesty both of Casa Grande, Arizona.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Sue Ellen, parents, Casimir P. and Mary D. (nee Potosky) Ciesielczyk Sr.
The family will receive friends Sunday from 2-5 PM (Masks Required) at Bogner Family Funeral Home 36625 Center Ridge Rd N. Ridgeville where a prayer service will be held 9:30 AM Monday followed by 10 AM Mass at St. Peter Church, N. Ridgeville. Rev. Bob Franco, Pastor will be the celebrant. Mass will be live streamed on St. Peter Facebook page and website www.stpeternr.org Burial will follow in St. Peter Cemetery.
