Phyllis DeGenaro, 73, Social Butterfly
Phyllis DeGenaro, 73, of Lorain, died Sunday April 3, 2022 at her home after a sudden illness.
She was born April 15, 1948 in Lorain and had been a lifelong Lorain resident.
Phyllis graduated from Admiral King High School and worked at Elyria Memorial Hospital in the dietary department retiring after 28 years.
Phyllis loved being around people and was a social butterfly at parties.
She is survived by her mother Lucille DeGenaro (nee Mercurio), sisters: Mary Lou Haas and Jean DeGenaro and several nieces and nephews.
Private family services will be held with burial at Calvary Cemetery in Lorain.
