Jeanette M. Schrenkel, 99, Enjoyed Shopping
Jeanette M. Schrenkel (nee Berens), 99, of Lorain, died Tuesday April 19, 2022 at Autumn Aegis Nursing Home in Lorain.She was born December 15, 1926 in Lorain and had been a lifelong area resident.
Jeanette worked as a customer services representative at numerous businesses retiring in 1991 after 47 years. She enjoyed shopping.
She is survived by her son Richard “Animal” Schrenkel (Nora) of Lorain, grandchildren: John T. Schrenkel II (Carolyn) of Lorain and Joan Schrenkel of Indianapolis and great grandchildren Logan and Corryn Schrenkel. She was preceded in death by her parents Peter and Mary Berens (nee Matuszak) and sister Geraldine Helton in 1977.
Private family services will be held.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Gluvna-Shimo-Hromada-Funeral Chapel, 3224 Broadway, Lorain.
