Jeanne M. Kovach, 83, Enjoyed Cooking, Reading, and Word Search Puzzles

She was born in Canada and moved to Cleveland becoming an American citizen at the age of 9. She retired to Berea after working at the Cleveland Clinic for 30 years.

Jeanne was a member of St. Julie Billiart Catholic Church in North Ridgeville and formerly St. Mary’s in Berea where she served as the parish cook, sacristan and eucharistic minister. She was a member of Sisters of Notre Dame in the 1960’s becoming an associate member in 2004.

She enjoyed cooking, reading and word search puzzles.

Survivors include her close friends and caregivers, Fr. George Vrabel of North Ridgeville and Suzanne Snyder of North Olmsted.

Preceding her in death are her sister, Carol Kovach and mother, Angela Kovach.

Friends may call from 9:30 AM Monday July 25, 2022 until time of Mass at 10:30 AM at St. Julie Billiart Church. Fr. George Vrabel, Pastor will be the celebrant. Burial will follow at All Souls Cemetery in Chardon.
