Lois Chrapczynski, 77, Loved Spending Time With Her Grandchildren

Photo of Lois  Chrapczynski Lois Chrapczynski of Vermilion passed away May 4, 2023 after a lengthy illness.

Lois was born in Michigan on March 7, 1946, to the late Bela (Bill) and Florence Potemry (Vida). She lived most of her life In Lorain Ohio.

Lois ran Lusca’s Pizza in Lorain for many years and worked as a PBX operator at Lakewood Hospital before retiring.

She loved spending time with her grandchildren and loved going to the casino and playing cards. She was an avid fan of Cleveland sports and loved fishing and watching her husband drag racing. She visited many baseball stadiums to follow the Cleveland Indians team. She loved baking especially making Christmas cookies for family and friends.

She is survived by her husband, Tom to whom she was married to for 37 years, son Kyle and grandchildren, Leo and Kora; her twin sister, Lucy Rieske, sister Judy Levendosky and brother Kenneth Potemry.

Other than her parents Lois was preceded in death by her brothers Adelbert (Dell) and Joe Potemry.

Funeral arrangements are private.
