Patricia R. Kerecz, 77, Devoted Her Life To Her Family

Patricia, who went by Pat, was born on March 28, 1946 in Lorain to John and Rose Toth (nee Useen).
Pat devoted her life to her family. Her husband, kids, and grandkids never went hungry or cold since she was always cooking and crocheting blankets for them. She was all about spending time with them in whichever way she could.
While she wasn't with her family, Pat spent her time working for Southview High School for Lorain City Schools. She also was a member of the Lorain International where her and her husband Bob Kerecz ran the festival for years.
She will be deeply missed by her loving husband of 55 years, Robert Kerecz Sr., children; Robert Kerecz Jr. (Angela), Michele Cruz (Nandi), Mark Kerecz and Rebecca Kerecz, sisters; Betty Gormley and Christine Toth, 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Other than her parents, Pat was preceded in death by her, sister Nancy Yanick, and daughter-in-law Fawn Kerecz.
Her family will receive friends on Friday, June 2, 2023 from 4 to 7 with a service at 7pm at the Richard J. Reidy Funeral Home, 1783 East 31st Street, South Lorain. Rev. Father, Neil G. Walters, Pastor of St. Frances Cabrini Church, Lorain will officiate.
