Nancy A. Kundla, 84, Loved Knitting, Sewing, and Cooking

She was born on August 2, 1939 in Bolivia and had been a resident of North Ridgeville for 55 years before moving to Hilliard in 2020. Nancy was a longtime member of St. Peter Church in North Ridgeville, where she was part of the Altar Rosary Society. She was a member of the PTU and a Den Mother for the Girl Scouts. She worked as an aide at St. Peter School in North Ridgeville for many years and had previously worked at Elyria Memorial Hospital and St. John Hospital as a lab technician.

In her free time, Nancy loved knitting, sewing, cooking, watching movies and spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her sons Edward A. (Amy) Kundla of North Royalton and Enrique M. (Amy Kaspar) Kundla of Hilliard; daughters Christine (Michael) Kett of Brunswick and Veronica (Doug) Keeney of Hilliard; 7 grandchildren, Jacqueline, Jake, Matthew, Andrew, Alek, Isijah and Riley, 2 siblings in Bolivia and 1 in Florida and many nieces and nephews.

Nancy was preceded in death by her Husband of 56 years, Edward; parents Enrique and Sara Wantig and 4 siblings.

Family will receive friends at Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Rd., N. Ridgeville on Sunday Nov. 12, 2023 from 2-5 PM where a prayer service will be held 9:30 AM Monday followed by 10 AM Mass of Christian Burial at St. Peter Church, 35777 Center Ridge Rd., N. Ridgeville. Rev. Isidore Munishi will be the celebrant. Interment will be in St. Peter Cemetery, North Ridgeville.

The family suggests donations be made in Nancy’s memory to the St. Peter School Scholarship fund.
