Glen A. Olsen, 64, Loved Boating, Waterskiing, and Cars
Glen A. Olsen, 64, of Lorain, died Thursday January 9, 2025 at the James Cancer Hospital & Solove Research Institute in Columbus of natural causes.
He was born January 3, 1961 in Fairview Park and had resided in Lorain most of his life.
Glen retired in 2006 after working as a painter in the construction trade. Glen loved boating, waterskiing, and cars.
He is survived by his son Anthony (Cassidy) Olsen, granddaughter Lila Olsen, brother David Olsen and sister Jackie (Dale) Kocik. He was preceded in death by his parents Armond “Bud” & Elaine Olsen (nee Eiben), sister Deborah Olsen, and sister-in-law Tammie Olsen.
Cremation will take place and his ashes interred at Ridge Hill Memorial Park in Amherst Township in a private service.
Arrangements are under the direction of Gluvna-Shimo-Hromada Funeral Chapel, 3224 Broadway, Lorain.
