Frank M. Forman, 83, Known as a Loyal and Lifelong Friend

He was born November 24 ,1941 in Lorain and had been a lifelong area resident.
Frank proudly worked as a rigger for more than 20 years at American Shipbuilding in Lorain after which he applied his skills to contracting projects.
Remembered by many as a loyal and lifelong friend, he was surrounded daily by dear family and friends. Those exceptional friends demonstrated generosity and compassion which touched the heart. Many of those friends joined in on his favorite hobbies which were hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his sisters: Bertha Knisley (Jon) of Sheffield Township and Beverly Collins (Donald) of Wakeman; niece Victoria Lawson (Charles) of Elyria and nephew Jon Knisley Jr (Theresa) of Elyria. He was preceded in death by his father Frank Forman in 1994, mother Mary Forman (nee Solomon) in 2002 and brother Steve Forman in 2009.
The family will receive friends Monday April 7, 2025 from 10:00 am until the time of funeral services at 11:00 am at the Gluvna-Shimo-Hromada Funeral Chapel, 3224 Broadway, Lorain. The Rev. Neil Walters, pastor of St Francis Cabrini Catholic Church, will preside. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery in Lorain.
